As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for the qualitative support of your B2B customers of our Zattoo TV platform, with a focus on the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) as well as internationally. You are the customer expert, knowing the customers you support like no other, and the first point of contact for all aspects of operational and strategic care for your customers. You are part of a team with currently six dedicated Client Success Managers and backed by various teams of experts, including from the areas of Product, Operations and Engineering.



  • Independently build and expand sustainable business relationships with your B2B clients, providing qualitative guidance and support
  • Act as central point of contact for all topics relating to the TV product and the operation of your customers' TV service
  • Interface between clients and Zattoo, with autonomous consideration and representation of the respective customer and company interests
  • Coordination of customer issues with all internal stakeholders and teams involved (e.g. Engineering, Product, Quality Assurance/Testing, Operations, Finance, Data/BI, ...) 
  • Support of our in-house 2nd level support in customer care as ticket and escalation manager
  • Ownership for the further development of your customers with targeted measures for the expansion and optimization of their TV services (e.g. through new functions, channels and/or apps) 
  • Monthly reporting and invoicing for your customers


  • Experience in client management (e.g. customer success, customer care, customer service, account management or comparable)
  • Business fluent in English as primary company language
  • Proven success in building long-term customer relationships based on trust and competence in the B2B/business customer environment
  • Interest in streaming and/or television, and willingness to familiarize yourself with the (partly technical) aspects of our B2B TV platform
  • You have a solution-oriented work approach and enjoy finding pragmatic solutions to even the most difficult appearing problems
  • Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, responsibility and assertiveness
  • You feel comfortable in a team and an unconventional corporate culture with many creative possibilities
  • Bonus: Fluency in German – with communication to some customers being in German
  • Bonus: Experience in internet, IT, telecom or media industry, or in the area of OTT/IPTV, television or streaming services and/or similar.
