Drive Client Success and Team Excellence

Yokly is seeking a dedicated and proactive Success Manager for our Yokly Connect unit within the Client Journey Department. If you have a passion for client satisfaction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance, we want you to join our team!

    • Keen understanding of typical client requests and proactive service suggestions.
  3. Relationship Building and Communication:
    • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to articulate the benefits of our services and build rapport with clients to ensure their investment in our offerings.
  4. Sales Techniques and Client Onboarding:
    • Proficient in sales techniques to onboard clients effectively.
    • Ability to highlight service benefits and reassure clients of our capabilities.
  5. Leadership and Team Management:
    • Strong leadership qualities to guide team members to peak performance.
    • Effective delegation of responsibilities to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Crisis Management and Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to remain calm and confront challenges directly.
    • Quick provision of solutions in adverse situations.
  7. Team Training and Motivation:
    • Capability to train team members to meet company and client standards.
    • Skill in motivating team members to achieve goals based on situational needs.
  8. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Accurate tracking of data, numbers, and metrics.
    • Creation of detailed and informative reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  9. Decision Making and Responsibility:
    • Confidence in making sound decisions and owning responsibilities.
    • Commitment to completing tasks and projects assigned by the CEO.
  10. Strategic Planning and Research:
    • Ability to plan and strategize for improved performance.
    • Conduct research to gather useful and valid information.
  11. Organization and Schedule Management:
    • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and files efficiently.
    • Prompt handling of ongoing projects and assignments.
