👫 Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an experienced marketing enthusiast who wants to help clients finding and promoting their best products while using (and co-creating) a unique SaaS solution.

🌍 Where? We have an office in Brno and Prague and you should be based in CZ within easy reach of these.

🗓️ When? The start date would be in March 2024.


  • Our Customer Success Managers work as strategic partners to our e-commerce retailers and help them to make their businesses more profitable 
  • Your job will cover the full customer cycle - from onboarding the client, helping them to adopt our Product Performance Strategies, prove value in QBRs and identify & work on cross-sells and up-sells opportunities, as well as yearly renewals
  • We work with a range of clients from SMBs to Enterprise clients such as River Island, Dedoles, Esprit etc. You would partner with 14-15 clients of varying sizes across CEE and UK.
  • In this role, you will be working with retail and e-commerce businesses to; strategise on how to meet their KPIs, use data insights from our platform and translate them into action points, create case studies proving value and last but not least you will learn more about working in a the unique startup which is creating the future in e-commerce.


  • First of all, you should like a fast-paced environment where things change if we find better solutions. Although the CSM department is one of the most stable and processed-based, no two weeks will be the same.
  • Fluent English is a must - most of our clients as well as your leader are English speakers.
  • You already have around 3 years of experience as a Marketing specialist, Account Manager or Customer Success Manager (or a combination of these roles).
  • The Marketing Technology is your passion and you have at least some knowledge about Google and Meta Ads (or you already are an expert 💙).
  • You already are experienced or want to get commercial experience - you will work on renewals, upsells and crossells.

The EMEA CSM team has 9 people with two amazing and supportive leaders for UK&CEE and for MEAA. The team works together, inspires each other and always looks for ways to enjoy the time together.
