We’re looking for our next Customer Success Account Manager. As a member of MealSuite’s Success & Revenue teams, you’ll be improving the customer experience and expanding new business opportunities for MealSuite. In order to be successful in this position, you must have foodservice operations experience within Healthcare, Long-Term Care, or Acute Care.  

A day in the life as a Customer Success Account Manager:  

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships within your assigned territory of existing customers to drive retention goals  
  • Introduce new product features to clients as they are released and educate client stakeholders on the benefits 
  • Promote and encourage your accounts to expand their adoption of subscribed products and services 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with our Sales, Support, and Onboarding teams, to optimize each of your accounts’ success measures and reduce churn 
  • Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solution-based selling according to customer needs and objectives 
  • Conduct periodic customer business reviews and meetings  

In the first 6 months, you’ll be successful at reaching these milestones: 

  • Demonstrate your understanding of all MealSuite product lines and communicate the benefits tailored to each of our client markets  
  • Take full responsibility for account management and retention of customers within your assigned territory, meeting set net revenue retention goals 
  • Successfully close upsell opportunities in alignment with your set quotas

  • I am personally passionate about the healthcare and senior living industry 
  • I have knowledge of foodservice operations, ideally within a healthcare and/or senior living setting 
  • I gained my knowledge through 5+ years of professional experience  
  • I have previously used foodservice software and do not shy away from technology  
  • I have previous sales experience and am familiar with CRM software 
  • I have managed enterprise accounts or other key corporate relationships 
  • I have stellar customer service and communication skills  
  • I am skilled at delivering presentations and demos to a variety of audiences  
  • I have a proven ability to stay organized and know when it is necessary to adapt  
  • I can juggle multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail  
  • I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
  • I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate 
  • I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
