Job Overview

The Customer Success Officer will be responsible for supporting customers effectively through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • communicate with Clients by phone, email and other online communication channels
  • promptly respond to customer requests
  • consider and resolve Customer complaints
  • convey Clients' wishes to responsible specialists
  • record information on contacts with Clients in the CRM-system
  • communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements

  • secondary or higher education (linguistic, economic will be an advantage)
  • experience working with Clients in the field of consulting will be an advantage
  • telephone communication experience
  • Russian - fluent, English - upper-intermediate
  • knowledge of another foreign language will be an advantage
  • advanced computer skills
  • high communicative skills, multitasking, teamwork skills
