We're Seeking:
A customer-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, and communication skills. You'll tackle the challenge of reactive customer support, engaging with customers through various channels such as live-chat and email to provide a personalized and understanding service, aiming to exceed their expectations.


Essential Qualities:

  • Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic environments, embracing new processes and technologies to meet evolving demands.
  • Emotional Resilience: Maintain positivity across diverse interactions, even under pressure.
  • Time Management: Excel at prioritizing and efficiently managing tasks and deadlines.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues with innovative solutions.
  • Empathy: Understand and share customer frustrations and concerns to offer comprehensive support.


Must-Haves:

  • Strong Portuguese writing skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or English, both written and verbal.
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about customer service.
  • Available for alternate Saturdays.
  • Capable of multitasking, including managing simultaneous interactions with customers.


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in Customer Service, Tech Support and/or Sales.
  • Familiarity with remote work environments.
