As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) you will play an important role in enhancing the success of our newly acquired landlords on the platform. In this position, you will utilise your strategic mindset to drive results by collaborating closely with landlords to ensure they are successful with us from the start.

  • Organise and conduct engaging webinars, averaging 2-3 per week, to educate landlords on the art of creating standout listings.
  • Delve into effective tips and tricks that contribute to a compelling listing presentation, ensuring maximum visibility and success on our platform.
  • React to regular office hours by addressing queries and concerns from landlords promptly.
  • Offer targeted support on specific topics based on landlords' inquiries, providing insights into the booking process, platform functionality, and personalised advice for optimising individual listings.
  • Initiate proactive outreach efforts by personally contacting new landlords, especially those with opportunities for improvements. 
  • Deliver personalised recommendations to elevate the quality of listings, ensuring a faster and more successful experience on our platform.
  • Act as a trusted partner and advisor for our landlords and pave the way for further growth.



  • You have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or a similar field.
  • You have a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to ensuring their success is essential.
  • You have a reflective mindset, and are open to feedback and continuous improvement, with a commitment to learning from customer interactions.
  • Your skill in analysing situations and offering effective solutions, combined with your creativity, opens up various ways to provide valuable assistance to landlords.
  • You can understand and address customer concerns with empathy and patience.
  • You are an exceptional multitasker who can handle a fast pace, juggle multiple projects at once and prioritise different tasks.
  • You possess excellent writing skills and professional working proficiency in German and English.
