Founded in 2016, ItsaCheckmate is the industry leader in providing true end-to-end integration between restaurant point of sale (POS) systems and over 100 third party delivery and ordering platforms. Our technology automatically accepts orders from these platforms, injects them directly into the restaurant’s existing POS, and sends them to the kitchen printers - without any manual involvement at all. We help restaurant operators grow their revenue without increasing costs. 


100% remote

Salary range: $130k to $175k


In this role, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention for the company.  This position will be focused on our first party offering (Open Tender) and requires first party ordering experience.



·         Communicate with our customers and also relay that back to our product / ops team for a successful rollout of the product.

·         Responsible for setting up systems and processes to ensure successful growth of the Customer Success Department.

·         Experience in first party ordering and / or loyalty

·         Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

·         Effectively communicate with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and potential

·         Help new customers get started with the company's products or services by providing training, resources, and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

·         Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals, and to be a trusted point of contact.

·         Act as a liaison between customers and the company's support and technical teams to ensure that customer issues and concerns are resolved promptly.


·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building strong customer relationships and effectively conveying information.

·         The ability to understand and empathize with customer needs and concerns is crucial for providing excellent customer support and success.

·         A strong understanding of the company's products or services is necessary to assist customers effectively.

·         Depending on the industry, familiarity with relevant software, tools, or platforms may be required.

·         The ability to juggle multiple customer accounts and priorities is important for success in this role.
