Flipside Crypto is hiring a SVP of Sales and Customer Success. This SVP will be responsible for leading and mentoring our sales team to achieve revenue targets for both our Community Analytics and Enterprise Data Shares products. This role will drive strategic planning, sales forecasting, and resource allocation. The SVP will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, formulating sales strategies to tap into untapped markets, as well as foster strong collaboration with our marketing, product, and engineering teams. This role will also oversee the renewal process for our existing clients.

- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor our sales team to achieve revenue targets for Community Analytics and Enterprise Data Shares products. Drive strategic planning, sales forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Customer Success Management: Oversee customer success initiatives, ensuring high client satisfaction, and maximizing customer retention and expansion opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth, including new logo sales and expansion within existing accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at entering untapped markets and increasing our customer reach. This role will involve comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer input to drive successful business expansion
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and customer success team. Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to align sales efforts with the company's overall objectives.
- Complex Sales Processes: Successfully navigate and manage long, complex sales cycles, ensuring efficient decision-making and contract closures.
- Customer Relationships: Foster strong and enduring relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are understood, and their feedback informs product development and improvements.
- Revenue Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue projections.
- Proven Experience: Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Sales Expertise: Previous experience with complex sales processes and securing large seven-figure contracts is essential.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the crypto space and blockchain technology is preferred but not mandatory.
- Customer-Centric: A deep understanding of customer success principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for developing talent and building a cohesive, high-performing team.

- Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable. Startup experience will be considered a strong asset in evaluating candidates for this role.
