FELFEL is rapidly growing start-up, delivering chef-designed lunches and barista-level coffee to offices, now expanding from Europe to the US, starting in NYC.  Be part of our exciting start-up phase: Join our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of FELFEL in NYC and beyond.  As a Customer Success Manager, you are the key connector between FELFEL and our clients.  You build strong and lasting relationships with our corporate clients and ensure that they are happy and satisfied with our services, and that we are their favorite lunch option.


  • B2B Client relationship management – you are the first and last point-of-contact for clients, and you are constantly working to deepen your relationship with our customers and the value you provide to them
  • You have strategic insight into your own clients and thus create and execute targeted development strategies to achieve growth, retention and other team goals.
  • You work in close collaboration with the Sales team to generate new leads
  • You launch new clients / offices including the preparation, coordination and execution in partnership with our customers and with various internal teams.
  • You organize events with customers, including of course a really energetic and effective launch event.  They you and closely monitor and check in with clients during their trial phase / first year with FELFEL
  • You processing daily requests from your stakeholders/owners at each client/potential client.  This could be done via e-mail, phone or directly by meeting at the client site.
  • Overall you understand customer needs and issues, and develop individual and creative solutions, where needed.
  • Represent our FELFEL brand and values:  You lead by example and represent FELFEL values and our brand promise with clients, business partners and also internal team members.  Your ensure these values are reflected in service the excellent, warm, personalized attention that you give our customers each day

  • You are customer-oriented and you enjoy finding creative and individual solutions according to the needs of your client.
  • You are happy to be out and about, meeting clients in the field and you enjoy variety in your work days
  • You are a team player with a positive attitude and customer-centric mindset, and flexibility is one of your strengths.
  • You have a minimum two years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in food, beverage and/or hospitality
  • You are a strong communicator verbally and in writing.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Currently FELFEL does not provide visa sponsorship. All applicants must be able to provide legal proof of their eligibility to work in the U.S.
