FactoryFix is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support end-user adoption and success of our AI recruiting platform within our enterprise manufacturing customers. You will cultivate individual user, team, and account-level champions through training, support and community building.


  • Manage onboarding, training and ongoing support for end-users
  • Proactively drive platform proficiency and user engagement through account management
  • Identify adoption gaps, user challenges, and emerging needs
  • Develop guides, resources and community initiatives to foster account expertise and advocacy
  • Track account health metrics; convey insights to expand user success
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executive on renewal planning, communications
  • Gather end-user feedback to convey market needs to Product team


  • 5+ years Customer Success experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong user support experience developing product expertise
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • An enthusiastic communication style
  • Analytical skills to derive insights from usage data
