To uphold this commitment, we are looking for several Customer Success Managers across the South Island.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring that our solutions meet the cybersecurity resilience needs of our clients. You will work closely with our product and delivery teams to ensure that our solutions align with our customers' desired outcomes.
Manage and grow key accounts, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure that our solutions meet the cybersecurity resilience needs of our clients.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to continually improve our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting to ensure that targets are met.
