Our international Client Operations team consists of three intra-departments: Service, Success and Technical.
This position sits in our Success team. Our approach to success is our drive in providing expert assistance to our clients so they can successfully use and understand our system and the value it will bring to their business. Our Success team provides 1-2-1 sessions with clients and tailored communication and assistance on queries, workflows and usage. Our highly experienced and dedicated Success team takes a proactive approach in helping clients use our products more effectively.

What you’ll do:
- Provide structured training to new and existing clients according to company standards
- Manage schedules for training packages
- Review the clients’ customer journeys, determine how it’s supported, and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve their goals
- Create training and educational materials to add to our knowledge base
- Promote the value of the product and its features
- Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to clients
