This is an in-office or hybrid role in Boise, Idaho. May relocate the right candidate.

The Job...
The Client Success Representative is responsible for providing support to Affiliates and Vendors that are using the ClickBank Platform as well as those that have purchased Spark’s training program. Each Client Success Representative is responsible for effectively and professionally resolving all types of inbound inquiries by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company procedures, programs and initiatives. They will help with coaching new Affiliates and Vendor’s through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally provide scaled support to non-platinum clients and Spark customers via chats, tickets and work with the Client Support Manager to reduce chat and ticket volume.
- Assist Spark Customers by handling technical, cancellation and refund request appropriately.
- Responsible for maintaining a complete understanding of all internal features and for using the appropriate tools and information available for both ClickBank and for Spark to ensure appropriate, professional, and accurate information is communicated with clients and customers.
- Provide feedback, suggestions, and enhancements to make Spark to better value for our customers.
- Identify functionality issues and report to Client Support Manager to determine if enhancement requests are required and needed.
- Update, improve, and personalize edit pad responses, as needed.
- Responsible for consolidating Knowledgebase gaps and reporting them to the Client Success Manager for escalation.
- Work closely with different departments to research and resolve client concerns.
- Identify potential compliance and risk issues and escalate them through the proper channels.
- Assist Client Support Manager in cross training and supporting new employee training
