As we continue to grow and expand, we’re looking for a dynamic Manager to lead and grow our Renewal Specialists team. In this role, you will be responsible for not only managing a team of renewal specialists but also actively engaging with key clients to renew subscriptions and expand our business within your designated territory.

Your role:
  • learn, understand and leverage CKEditor Ecosystem value proposition;

  • lead and motivate a team of Renewal Specialists to achieve renewal and expansion targets;

  • develop and implement sales strategies to ensure the renewal and expansion of key client accounts;

  • collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;

  • maintain and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;

  • when necessary bridge between Sales, Customer Care, Finance and Software teams;

  • create and analyze sales performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement;

  • provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members;

  • foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.

About yourself:
  • proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets;

  • prior experience in managing a sales team;

  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

  • a deep understanding of subscription-based sales and customer retention;

  • familiarity with the software industry and subscription-based business models is a plus;

  • ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks;

  • a passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.
