Tasks

• Have a proactive approach towards customers that enables Cinemo to
  maximise the value it receives from the use of Cinemo’s
  subscription-based products, by ensuring that customers have a good
  experience identifying, selecting and using our subscription-based
  products.
• Be the first-line support for issues reported by the customer in all
  aspects of using the webstore and successfully using our products.
• Have a deep technical understanding of the CARS products enabling you to perform initial technical problem analysis.
• Enrich the online knowledge database with answers to functional and
  technical questions helping further customers to better use our
  products.
• Act as interface between the Portfolio Management and the SW Engineering team for requirements of new features
• Define initiatives to increase the customer loyalty in long term perspective.

Requirements

• College/university degree
• Understanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues
• Experienced with Android
• Successful track record in a customer support role in the software industry
• Experience with online services
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient
  collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and for managing
  the team members.
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Interest in next-generation multimedia
• Proficiency in English
• Experience within the automotive sector is a plus.
