The Client Success Manager is the person in charge of managing Virtual Staff LLC’s relationships with its clients. They oversee building long-term and healthy relationships with a group of clients. The goal is to keep clients or accounts for as long as possible.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all client requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key clients
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
