About the role
We're looking for Customer Education Manager to join our fast growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of customer education programs, as well as identifying and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and CS leadership to ensure a positive customer experience and build strong relationships with customers. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify enablement needs and develop effective customer education programs
- Design and implement customer education content (including courses, curriculum, guides, videos and more) that ensure successful customer onboarding, adoption and growth of product champions
- Create engagement and learning programs using live learning events, on demand content, webinars, and customer training
- Evaluate, implement and measure metrics for effectiveness and the success of ongoing learning initiatives - comfortable with using data to tell the story
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Product and other key teams to ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest feature releases and relevant to our growing customer base needs
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Marketing to promote and distribute training content to the right audiences, conveying the right message in an easy to digest format appropriate to different customer and audience segments.
