We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our US clients and coordinate with our internal architect team. As a Client Success Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be expected to communicate directly with our clients to help solve any issues and ensure their satisfaction while they have an ongoing contract with us. A candidate for this role should be an excellent communicator, team player, and have a problem-solving aptitude.


  • Establish clear client retention goals
  • Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
  • Measure employee performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain project and client surveys and documentation
  • Review and handle client requests and complaints and coordinate it with our internal architects
  • Convince clients as to how our services will be beneficial and would leverage their business
