Role Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Agency Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our agency clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services. You will serve as a trusted partner and advocate, working closely with clients to understand their goals, address any concerns, and provide strategic guidance and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with agency clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, and proactively provide strategic recommendations and solutions to help them achieve success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of services, and to address any client concerns or challenges.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and success metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and expansion of services.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving client success.
  • Ability to understand and align client goals with our services and offerings.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
