We seek an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic startup team. You will be responsible for managing the our direct advertiser relations. In this highly collaborative role, your are on top of our and our customers KPIs in order to ensure their satisfaction and mitigate risks together with various cross-functional teams.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with advertisers, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Understand clients' business objectives and tailor advertising solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify risk and opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews with internal teams such as BI, Fraud, User Acquisition, Support, Product or Ad Operations to mitigate those risks and take advantange of opportunities.
- Review campaign progress and present data-driven insights with customers and identify business opportunities: Increase ad spend and acquire new offers from advertisers,
- Guide clients through the onboarding process together with the Sales Manager and Ad Operations Manager, ensuring a smooth launch of the first (test) campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact to the advertiser to escalate and troubleshoot issues from our users / support team
- Ensure correnct and timely invoicing together with our finance team.
