Our summer internship experience has two layers that blend together throughout our 3-month program.
One layer focuses on professional development and is led by our Director of HR. This spans Hogan debriefing, peer coaching, SMART goal setting and achievement, resume review, interview prepping, and more! It is paired with your day-to-day, specific department responsibilities and goals. Your responsibilities are outlined below. Your department manager will manage these items.
We will focus on onboarding during the first week of your AIIR internship experience. We will host in-person internal sessions to introduce you to our leadership, departments, and the rest of your intern cohort. You will also learn more about our products and service lines during this time. You will spend time meeting with your direct manager teammates! You can expect great fun and learning throughout this three-month experience.
